We guarantee all workmanship for 1 year from date of purchase . This guarantee covers any defects in materials or workmanship, but does not cover normal wear and tear, airline mishandling, direct punctures or, worn out zippers, or anything of that nature. Please note that the kevlar materials may often differ from the pictures shown. Due to the nature of our business of fashoning bags out of  used sails, some discoloration/mildew/rust/warn spots may occur. This is just part of the appeal....

Please return the item to us and we will either repair or exchange the item depending on the nature of the damage. We will ship the repaired item back to you. Return shipping fees will be charged to the credit card account on file.

Returns and Exchanges, International Orders.

All sales are final, exchanges can be made within 14 days and must be post marked (beginning on the day we shipped the order to you). Please use a method of shipping that requires a signature upon delivery.

Exchanges will only be accepted with a copy of the original receipt enclosed. Please enclose a note with any additional information ? including name, daytime phone, address, etc . . . Exchange shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees for exchanges will be charged to the same credit card as the original purchase.

Processing time for exchanges varies depending on current inventory. If the item you prefer is in stock, we usually can ship to you within 48 hours. If the item is backordered we will contact you with a delivery date.

International shipping charges will vary from what you see on your order, as our shipping calculator is for US domestic rates only. The international rate can only be determined after the order is boxed and weighed, and differs from each country. Taxes will be added where applicable.
